Born in 1968, El Paso attorney James B. Kennedy has been practicing law since 1994 and is currently licensed in five states: Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada. Mr. Kennedy is certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, an honor held by fewer than 3% of attorneys practicing in the state of Texas. Mr. Kennedy earned a Bachelors of Arts with Special Honors in History and Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991. Three years later, he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence while graduating Cum Laude from Texas Tech University School of Law.
